Heh, it's okay. Now here's where i get picky (with my all of 5 years of patchy japanese experience!)

Sabishii (寂しい) is actually the adjecxtive for lonely.

独り as used on the site (i'v enever seen this kanji before XD) seems to be alone as in: things you've DONE alone. The examples given seem to hint at accomplishments.

一人 is the most common; meaning literally "one person." However, this Hitori is used as a counte for people -> with futari meaning "two people" and sannin meaning "three people" etc.

So it could be that you're right. perhaps i'll ask my japanese teacher :O

The ruler is actually meant to be a cockpit monitor view sorta thing, so the text is like the 'controls' or notification flags which lights up on an event. They don't really mean anything I guess - just some keywords that I thought might help suggest that the ruler thing is meant to be a cockpit view :)

Thank you for the comment and fav on "solitude by the window". I'm glad you liked it, particularly the sketchiness; as for hatching, I'd considered that but was concerned that it may be too elaborate and detract from the clean minimalism of the design, so I'd ended up with just the soft noise.

Hmm, i must confess the subtitles leaves the impression that the two of them are gay... no offence... Apart from that, everything else is just wonderful, from the colors used, to the clarity of the characters' images. Sasuke's blackness splits the wall in two on a diagonal and this looks way cool, howerver, maybe it would have looked better if the wall showed a bit more of his face. and more details on sasuke could be added, instead of leaving a solid black mass. just subtle things, not much. Overall great work [just get rid of that subtitle Emoticon) ] . a fav ^^

I also found that Sasuke looked a little plain, but couldn't figure out what to add to him.
While adding the text, I never even thought of that interpretation. I wasn't referring to Sasuke's relationship to just Naruto, but to his teammmates and friends as well. And do keep in mind that not all love is romantic.
And although I don't think they are myself, what would the problem be if they were gay?
